An all-inclusive class for the older ACTIVE adult or those new or getting back to exercise. Class combines cardio, strength, flexibility and endurance and balance drills using a variety of props that can challenge but not overtax. All segments can be adapted to many fitness levels. Instructor, Cindy Lohr-DeBuono, has over 40 years experience in the field of group fitness for all ages as an instructor, instructor-trainer, workshop presenter, judge for Reebok Aerobic Championship and more. Hatha Flow Yoga   reg_now_orange
Multi-level class incorporates yoga poses, conscious breathing and a meditative focus to foster strength, flexibility and relaxation. Each class includes the following phases: checking in and warming up; building heat and awakening energy; focused strength, balance and breath work; deep stretching and a final relaxation. Various options will be provided for more or less intensity throughout the class so  that it is tailored to individual participant needs. A toned-down version of Zumba! A fun aerobics-type class, part dance and part fitness, based primarily on Latin American & International style music. Geared to the deconditioned person/beginner exerciser and the active older adult. For those that may be hesitant to go “full-out” for whatever reason, Zumba Gold is the way to

Participants will be in constant motion throughout the class which, although not a cardio class, will raise the heart rate and rev up metabolism. A class you have never done before! Class utilizes a combination of HIIT, body weight exercises, and strength conditioning lead by the music. This is not a dance-fitness program, but like Zumba®, the music is part of the foundation. The movements will be synced with the music, and the tempo will lead the intensity. Students can expect an overall body transformation with improved muscular definition and high caloric burn. Classes are taught by Amy Fleming, a licensed Zumba fitness instructor. Ages 14+
