Our Summer Child Program is open from 6 am-6 pm. The link to our program is gearskids.org.




Summer Programs

GEARS is currently offering Camp Ladybug, Summer Playground sites at E-town Park and West Donegal Twp Building, Outdoor Fitness Classes, Trail Riding, Restorative Yoga (zoom), Medicare Madness (zoom), Pokemon Camp, Tennis Camps, Track & Field Camp, Boys Volleyball Camp and a Pokemon League. We will continue to add camps and programs as scheduling is confirmed. The Elizabethtown Area Senior Center is closed indefinitely.



When will GEARS reopen? 
GEARS Recreation Office is still closed. But you can register by calling 717-367-0355 or online through the website pages.

Will GEARS have the Summer Youth Program and/or Camp Ladybug this year?
Both the Summer Playground Program and Camp Ladybug are running this summer under modifications to meet the CDC and PA Dept of Health Guidelines. These programs are slated to start June 22. At this time, several outdoor camps are also scheduled. Go to the Summer Youth Program page for additional details.

Can I register for upcoming programs while you are closed?
Yes, registration is open for the limited programs that we are offering. At this time we are only accepting online, phone in and mail in registrations. No in-person registration is being accepted.
