Hatha Flow Yoga   reg_now_orange
Multi-level class incorporates yoga poses, conscious breathing and a meditative focus to foster strength, flexibility and relaxation. Each class includes the following phases: checking in and warming up; building heat and awakening energy; focused strength, balance and breath work; deep stretching and a final relaxation. Various options will be provided for more or less intensity throughout the class so that it is tailored to individual participant needs. Participants should wear layers of comfortable clothing and bIMG_0091 (2)ring a yoga mat, strap and block. Taught by Charla Lorenzen, an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). No experience necessary. Ages 14+

This class has it all!! We will burn calories while building muscle using the bike,
cardio exercises, hand weights and body weight exercises to improve strength
and endurance. High and low intensity options will be given. This class is for
everyone! Please bring two 3-5 pound hand weights, water bottle and yoga mat. Maria
Cummings-Miller, certified in AFAA & Johnny G Spin, will instruct this class. Ages 14+

Super effective workout that will transform your body! Burn calories and build your
cardiovascular endurance and strength by a combination of indoor cycling mixed
with strength training. This class has something for everyone from intervals to
climbing hills, sprints, jumps and includes resistance exercises using your bodyweight
and dumbbells along with music that will motivate and inspire you! You will be
addicted to this major calorie burning class in no time! Don’t forget your workout towel,

All fitness levels are welcome for this low impact but high intensity, stress-busting and calorie-torching workout set to motivating music. Come climb hills, ride through mud, race your neighbors, sprint to the finish line, or just take a leisurely ride. Bring water & a towel and two small hand weights (optional) for some upper-body strength work without stopping your ride. Class will be 45 minutes and taught by Charla Lorenzen, an experienced ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor. No spin bike? No problem! Your instructor can help you modify the workout for a treadmill, elliptical, or other cardio machine. Ages 14+.
