downloadIntroducing our Summer Playground program designed to get your children out of the house and active in a safe, inclusive and supportive activity. Our dedicated rcjKBko9istaff are committed to providing a positive environment for all participants. Your children will learn new skills, become more confident, and make new friends. We will be following CDC and PA State Dept of Health guidelines to ensure your children are as safe as possible. Children must be accompanied to the playground site by a parent or guardian.

Who:    Children ages 6-14        (Children must be 6 years of age by June 14, 2021)
What:   8 weeks of organized FUN!
When:  Mon-Fri, June 14-August 6        9 am-12 noon
Elizabethtown Community Park (Ages 10-14)
West Donegal Township Municipal Building & Park (Ages 6-9)

Fee: $70/child for the entire Summer!!

Only full time registrations will be accepted this year. Registration is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Here are a few changes that will take place this year
* Daily health self-assessment forms for staff and children.
* Children and staff will have to wear face coverings at this time. Subject to change with PA Dept of Health and CDC current guidelines.
* Each playground site will be limited 15 participants per staff member. We plan to have 4 staff at each site.
* Hand sanitizer will be available and children may bring their own (but not share).
* Playground will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. The decision to cancel
will be made by 8 am. If inclement weather occurs between 9 am-12 noon, campers will be dismissed according to pick-up request.

Field Hockey Camp  reg_now_orange
Participants will be introduced to the game of field hockey and learn the basic and intermediate skills in grades K-3. More advanced skills and game concepts for grades 4-7 will be taught. Participants will need field hockey stick, shinguards and mouth guard (field hockey sticks will be available if you don’t have one). Fee includes a camp t-shirt. Grades K-7

Attention future Lady Bears Basketball Players! Camp is under the direction of John Myers, Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, and high school players. This camp will focus on the fundamentals of the game. Coaches will stress the basics of dribbling, shooting, passing, etc. Come ready to learn and improve. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes. Camp t-shirt included in fee. Grades 3-8

Designed to provide an introduction to all aspects of track and field including butnot limited to training for the events, rules of the sport, competitive strategies, equipment both for training and competing and nutritional needs and expectations. Camp will work on distance, jumping, throwing, hurdles, starts, sprints and relays. Participants will learn how track and field can prepare them for other sports. Camp t-shirt is included in the fee. Coached by Derrick McDonald, EAHS Varsity Track Coach. Grades 3-8

Children of any skill level will learn the fundamentals of tennis using the RED QuickStart tennis balls. In addition to tennis skills they will learn agility, balance and coordination. 2021 Camp Ladybug
This camp is for individuals who have mental and/or physical challenges. This camp provides a fun atmosphere where campers may participate in socialization skills and recreational activities. Activities include games, special appearances, visits to local recreation sites and fun learning!

Camp Lady Bug started the Summer of 1968 as a result of a group of parents who wanted a summer activity that would keep their children with special needs in a routine that kept their minds and bodies active. GEARS began administrating the Camp in 2002.
