At Greater Elizabethtown Area Recreation & Community Services (GEARS), we are very proud to be recognized by the National Youth Sports Strategy as a NYSS Champion.
The National Youth Sports Strategy aims to unite U.S. youth sports culture around a shared vision: that one day, all youth will have the opportunity, motivation, and access to play sports.
The Strategy is based on research and best practices from the scientific community and successful youth sports programs across the United States. It offers actionable ideas for parents, coaches, organizations, communities, and policymakers to support youth sports participation for all.
Iddy Biddy Basketball
Bring your little tike out for a hoopin’ good time! Coaches will teach basic shooting, dribbling and passing skills. Fee includes a t-shirt. Ages 4-6

Iddy Biddy Indoor Soccer
E-town College Women’s Soccer team will teach basic soccer skills such as kicking, foot placement, dribbling, passing and trapping. Participants will start to become familiar with the game of soccer. Emphasis will be placed on social skills. Fee includes a t-shirt. Ages 3-5

Iddy Biddy Soccer
Coaches will teach the fundamentals of soccer. Players will learn new skills and develop athletic movements along with expanding their large and small motor skills. Emphasis on building self confidence and teamwork. Players will learn soccer through fun games and stations. Fee includes t-shirt. Ages 3-5
