Lee is finishing up his third year with GEARS! He is also the Head Boys basketball Coach at Elizabethtown High School. He lives in Mt. Joy with his wife Rachel and their children Brooks and Ava.
Karrie Norman
Program Coordinator
Karrie joined the team in March 2024. She also serves as the Softball Commissioner for Rheems Athletic Association and as an assistant at the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce.
With a supportive husband and three busy children (Allie, Kate, and Ben) she understands the importance of fostering community engagement and healthy lifestyles through recreational activities. Karrie has a passion for sports, supporting the local community, and serving others.
Erin Thomas
Administrative Assistant
Erin started full time with GEARS at the end of November 2022, however; Erin has been working with GEARS since 2017. She has helped with a variety of our programs but her favorite programs to help with were the Iddy Biddy youth sports and Summer Playground. She is also the assistant girl’s lacrosse coach at Elizabethtown High School. Erin enjoys working and connecting with the community. Erin resides in Elizabethtown with her family and her dog, Luna.
