Winters Heritage House

 Winters Heritage House is offering Summer Kids Craft Workshops this summer for ages 8 and up. Classes include Soap Felting, Sewing, and Weaving. Conewago Rod & Gun Club

The Conewago Rod and Gun Club offers public Trap Shooting and Firearm Safety Education. Trap shooting is offered to the public Saturday and Wednesday mornings year-round, and Thursday evenings during daylight savings time. Please check the club website for the up-to-date schedule. The Pennsylvania Game Commission Hunter Trapper Education class is offered at various times. Please use the PGC website to register for this class. The basic pistol courses are generally held in the spring and fall each year. The basic pistol course is designed for the individual with no experience or limited experience with a handgun and is taught by NRA certified instructors. The NRA courses “Refuse to be aVictim” and “Range Safety Officer (RSO)” are also offered. Anyone interested in attending should contact the club instructors via email at training@conewagogunclub.org. The Elizabethtown Area HUB is funded by the United Way of Lancaster County to make sure that everyone in Etown has what he or she needs to lead a productive life. Our goal is to make getting help easy for anyone who needs it. We have many services available, but they are sometimes difficult to find; we want to remedy that.

A non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the life of individuals with Special Needs. Siena’s HUGS (Help Us Grow Strong) Foundation believes that all of those with special needs deserve a safe place to explore, learn, and grow physically and siennas hugsemotionally. Hope, inspiration, and accomplishment will lead to a more fulfilled life and empower those to reach and obtain their dreams to go beyond the prescribed limitations. Siena’s HUGS is working to develop special programs for physical activity, artistic and musical expression and healthy living workshops.
